UNDERSTANDING THE MODELS OF GREAT SYSTEMS
Great leaders do not necessarily have positions but, they lead well without it. It’s called "Leadership Without Position, LWP, MBO". Let me introduce you to a new concept of the 21st Century Manager.
In life, parenting, and businesses, the term MBO (Management by Objective) is becoming more popular, it’s an orchestrated system where leaders can move from being an almighty SAGE on the STAGE into being a GUIDE by the SIDE. That way we lead from the back why everyone goes ahead.
My dear, you have the core, for if you can manage things like time, your limited resources and people you really don't like (lol), and then lead yourself daily. Then in a bigger context, everyone can be a leader and a great manager!
A great leader is one who knows how to manage ideas, models people, priorities, processes and the system. He knows the steps of Initiation, Planning, Execution, Compliance and Delivery! He understands Integration, time, financials, risk, quality, stakeholders management and communication.
Once upon a time, a manager and a leader’s role could be streamlined into planning; organizing, leading, and controlling. But further ahead, their roles today includes to energize, empower, sell, support and communicate!
It is very learnable. It’s in the understanding of models of great systems, enterprises, business, brands, principles and techniques. It’s in the Hexavian Masterclass
