DIETING ACCORDING TO YOUR BLOOD TYPE

It’s a new week and I have some super information to share. Last week I learned something that is mind blowing about dieting. I took my research further and have decided to share with you guys. Now, when it comes to dieting what applies to A does not apply B based on our respective blood type. This theory was brought forward by Dr. Peter D’Adamo who is of the opinion that the same diet cannot apply to all. While he encourages people to eat certain foods, he equally discourages people from eating certain foods because our blood types affect our digestive system. Hence, what is good for a person with type A blood can be dangerous to a person with type B blood.
The food carts below shows what food to eat and what food to avoid for blood type O, A, B, and AB:

DIET FOR TYPE O
Representatives of blood type O have a good digestive system and easier cleave proteins of animal origin, so most are recommended to consume meat. Besides meat, they are advised to consume fruits and vegetables, and to reduce consumption of carbohydrates to a minimum. Best diets for blood type O are those that contain a lot of protein and little carbohydrate, and avoid the consumption of dairy products.

People with this blood type are susceptible to certain diseases like ulcers and thyroid problems. People in this group have much higher levels of stomach acid than others. They also, often suffer from fatigue, fluid retention in the body and weight gain.

Some believe that blood type affects the character. It is believed that representatives of this blood type are responsible, have leadership skills, organized, decisive, objective and practical. But when they are under stress, they show signs of anger, hyperactivity and impulsivity.

PHYSICAL EXECERISE:
According to D’Adamo’s theory, people in this category have higher levels of cortisol, so it is difficult for them to cope with stress. He recommends that they exercise at least three times a week for a period of 30-45 minutes. If they choose to do aerobic exercises with weights, then they should be careful not to overdo, because it may increase their stress levels.
D’Adamo also provides the following recommendations for people with type A blood:
·        Do not skip breakfast and eat more often but smaller meals.
·        Eat more proteins to start the day and less at night.
·        Do not eat when you are nervous and anxious.
·        Chew the food slowly to help the body to digest it quickly.
·        In order to avoid an increasing in cortisol levels and reduce mental fatigue, it is necessary to restrict residence in large crowds of people, to avoid noise, not to smoke, to stand away from strong odors from perfumes and do not watch movies and shows with violence.
·        Make yourself a daily schedule and stick to it. Determine what time you’re going to bed and every day by reference to the bedroom at the time.
·        Make at least two breaks of 20 minutes while you are at work.

DIET FOR TYPE B
According Peter D’Adamo, people in this category can eat many different types of food without any problems.
They have a good digestive system, but should avoid wheat, corn, buckwheat, lentils, tomatoes, peanuts and sesame seeds if they want to avoid pilling pounds. These products have a negative influence on the effectiveness of metabolism and contribute to the onset of fatigue, fluid retention in the body and decrease the level of blood sugar after meals. For this blood type chicken should be on the list of forbidden foods. The list of foods that encourage attenuation are green vegetables, eggs, “good” meats (lamb, rabbit, deer, sheep) and milks and dairy products with low fat.
People with blood type B are susceptible to certain diseases such as autoimmune disorders, lupus, multiple sclerosis, chronic fatigue syndrome. D’Adamo believes that representatives of this blood group more than the other can reduce the risk of disease and be in top form if they adhere to proper diet.
It is thought that people with blood type B are creative, innovative, flexible, communicative and subjective. They have a very strong intuition.
