SEASON'S GREETINGS FROM EIZU UWAOMA
On a cold Harmattan morning a few years ago, we all sat along the bank of the local river that flowed freely. She starred into my eyes, I could tell she saw million miles away and within it. Every word she spoke stayed fine and attractive as the picture of the silhouette of nakedness shadowed by the African moonlight. With silence made loud by her inner thoughts, in insights, she spoke.
She said.... "Its almost a new year.
Every year is an island of treasures and our lives in it isn't a destination, but a journey through it. Its an exciting yet unforeseen thrill, just like a quest. And like a viking's quest filled with sailors, treasures, merchants and pirates, your role is to maneuver through. As you keep traveling, our paths are different but our destinations are the same. Bear this in mind and waste not your time on watching the time, you're a traveler on a journey, so follow your compass and than your clock. Your greatness is what is to be discovered, now sail further, conquer coasts, and anchor treasures. Like an expedition, you are expected to achieve the vision of the conquest.
The forces of the universe allows our imaginations, actions and our 3Cs (Choice, Chance and Change) create our own world as we move. Our world is constantly giving away chances because it needs you to be purposeful, to plan and then win. It needs you to purposeful, to plan and then win. That's how to be among this generation of success.
As you go into the new year, I'd like to say thank you for sharing a part of this year with us. May this season help you find the corners of your smiles, the highest of your hopes, windows of your opportunities, and a path to the most special places your heart would ever know.
